Outstanding service and professionalism! I agree with the reviews below, and in fact reading those reviews were the reason I went to Buckeye Muffler. From my first interaction, calling to see if they fixed air conditioners, Todd was informative, helpful, and accurate. I asked to make an appointment, and he set me up for the next morning. The service and charges were very fair and everything was "above-the-table", with no mystery charges. In particular Todd went above and beyond, underpromised and overdelivered. (he said they'd be done in 2 hours, and I got a call in 1.5 hours). They even deduct the diagnostic fee from the final bill. By far the best auto repair experience I've had in the last 5 years. Kudos Buckeye.

I recently was replacing an oxygen sensor on my car and was unable to install the new sensor due to damaged threads. I called several repair shops, and they all wanted to replace the entire exhaust pipe ($500+), which is completely unnecessary. I took it to Todd at Buckeye Muffler and explained the situation. He understood that this was probably a simple fix, and instead of trying to up-sell me more work, he offered to try and save the existing threads. He pulled my car right in. And in less than a half hour, and $35 later, the problem was fixed. I offered to pay him more, but he refused. This spoke very highly of his character and his professionalism. Expensive repairs are not always the only option, and Todd understands this. I would strongly recommend Buckeye Muffler & Brake Shop to anyone needing repair work. They are a very honest and fair group of guys. I will definitely bring my work to them! Thanks guys!

I took my car to a different shop for an estimate, knowing I needed an entire exhaust system and it would be expensive. They told me it would cost about $700! I decided to call around b/c I felt that was too much. When I called Buckeye Muffler and Brake Shop, Todd said it would be about $450. After he looked at my car, he said most of the parts were reusable and the final cost to me was $200. An honest repair shop that recycles/repairs parts... yes please! I'll be coming back here next time!
