Buckeye Complete Auto Care (Andre and Mike) quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it in less than an hour. The cost was reasonable, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Buckeye Complete has been my go-to place for any car problems I've had in Columbus. Amazing customer service and quality work.

Dropped my car off with an electrical problem and, of course, it was working fine when the tech fired it up. Isn't that always the way? Andre called to confirm that I dropped the right car off (hahaha!) and that I wasn't trying to punk them, and then reassured me they would figure it out and get me back on the road. While I questioned my own sanity or if my car might be possessed, Andre and the team figured it all out, completed the fix and charged me a very reasonable price -- all within a few short hours! We had a good laugh about the circumstances and set up a plan to address some minor maintenance that's needed in the future. I like them and, more importantly, I trust them, so I guess they are stuck with me and my crazy car issues!

Andre was great! Visiting from NC and had a key get stuck in my brand new tires. Called tire protection company and they sent me here to get it checked. Andre took a look at tire and just said they would patch tire as a courtesy and get me moving! Wow! When does service like that ever happen anymore! Wish I lived here so I could keep coming back for service. Every local should be checking this place out. Thanks to everyone at the shop!
